Low Items score in Final Doom Plutonia map 01, CONGO:

This first map in The Plutonia Experiment has no "official"
(score-affecting) items.

Useful items on this map include armor, ammo, a backpack,
weapons and health packs; but the original commercial PC
Doom games do not include these object types when tallying
the Items score for a map.
